1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 10sbet platform, including registered account holders and visitors. Access to certain features — including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawing funds — requires a registered account and full acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 10sbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 10sbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any betting or casino services on 10sbet. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform, creating accounts or placing wagers.

2.2 10sbet will request age verification documents (including a valid CNIC) as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately and any balance subject to review.

2.3 You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of 10sbet is lawful in your location. 10sbet does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

2.4 10sbet does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on 10sbet. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 10sbet promptly of any changes.

3.3 Your 10sbet account credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change your password immediately and contact support.

3.4 10sbet reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, underage use, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 10sbet operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change from time to time at 10sbet's discretion.

4.3 The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of the platform.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 10sbet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

4.5 10sbet processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable. Typical processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are 15–45 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

4.6 10sbet is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, network outages or banking system limitations outside of 10sbet's direct control.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 All bets placed on 10sbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. These rules are made available within each product area of the platform.

5.2 10sbet reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Bets once confirmed are final. 10sbet does not accept requests to amend or cancel a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted under applicable game or market rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).

5.4 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day and will be displayed where applicable. 10sbet reserves the right to restrict or limit betting on specific events, markets or accounts at its discretion.

5.5 In-play betting is offered on selected markets. Results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of the sport in question.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 10sbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 10sbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including through multiple account creation, collusion or exploitation of technical errors — will result in voiding of bonuses and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10sbet platform:

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of sports fraud;
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in bad faith;
• Opening multiple accounts or acting as an agent for third-party bettors;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or otherwise compromise the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Using proceeds derived from criminal or unlawful activity to fund an account (money laundering).

10sbet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, withholding of balances pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 10sbet platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software code, game interfaces, odds data and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10sbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the 10sbet platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10sbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, interruption of service or reliance on platform content.

9.2 The 10sbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

10.1 10sbet collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 You consent to 10sbet using your contact information to communicate service updates, promotional offers (where opted in), and account-related notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 10sbet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion, all accessible from the account settings area.

12.2 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 10sbet support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.

12.3 Where an account is suspended due to suspected prohibited conduct, 10sbet may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 10sbet is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

13.2 Nothing in this clause limits 10sbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 10sbet may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform or registered contact information.

14.2 Your continued use of the 10sbet platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
